My Wellbeing Hub

Recently we were excited to announce the launch of our new digital platform, My Wellbeing Hub, which aims to revolutionise tobacco cessation and promote healthier lifestyle habits by hosting our new digital service, Be Tobacco Free.

We created My Wellbeing Hub to make healthy lifestyle services more accessible through its fully remote, self-service design. Participants using My Wellbeing Hub also benefit from additional resources and accessibility features that offer customisable options to meet diverse needs and ensure an inclusive experience for all.

Our Be Tobacco Free service has been designed using evidence-based guidance to help participants quit tobacco and embrace a healthier future. This comprehensive 12-week programme includes interactive videos, motivation enhancers and regular check-ins with our Stop Smoking Coaches to support participants through their journey to being tobacco-free.

My Wellbeing Hub is currently being offered to individuals accessing Smokefree Norfolk, a smoking cessation service we deliver on behalf of Norfolk County Council, and we will be looking to roll it out further across other integrated health services in the future.

Proactive AI Agent

Proactive AI Agent (formerly ContactEngine) initiates and manages intelligent conversations with participants referred to our delivery of NHS England’s Healthier You: NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP). This programme aims to prevent Type 2 diabetes and save funds for NHS England by avoiding long-term health complications.

When participants are referred to the NDPP service, Proactive AI Agent automatically contacts them via SMS and/or email with details of nearby courses, including route planning for each venue. There's also an option to speak to a member of our Programme Support Services team for any additional questions.

Once a participant chooses their course and venue, Proactive AI Agent reaches out again closer to the first session date to ensure they have all the information they need to attend.

Following the launch of Proactive AI Agent across all areas of our NDPP delivery in July 2024, we have seen an increase to 54% of people referred successfully starting the programme from more than 55,000 referrals.

Looking ahead, we're committed to incorporating technology to further enhance our services. By integrating innovative solutions like AI and digital platforms, we aim to provide even more personalised and effective support to our health and wellbeing service users. We believe that embracing technological advancements will enable us to better meet the needs of our participants and drive positive health outcomes.
